Hi, Iā€™m Donna!   Over the last few months about 10 new pounds have been added to my body and I don't want them there. So I again am going to lose those pounds and a few more using the R3 Weight Loss Plan. As of this time, I am down 8 pounds and so excited to be able to lean forward and put on my socks. Hooray!! Once I reach the goal of losing another 5 pounds, I plan to keep going.
